The two founding trustees of DanceVision have a great deal of experience Susan Jaffe is a world renowned, former principal dancer with American Ballet Theater and Risa Kaplowitz is a former principal dancer with the Dayton Ballet and Manhattan Ballet.

Ms. Jaffe and Ms. Kaplowitz trained together at Maryland Youth Ballet ("MYB"), and both teach dance in the Princeton area.  Ms. Jaffe also teaches at the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School at American Ballet Theater and gives master classes in the United States and abroad.

Ms. Kaplowitz has been involved with numerous
dance education programs in public schools with American Repertory Ballet and Dayton Ballet.  She currently serves on the advisory board of West Windsor Arts Council.
