The Secret Garden

April 28th at 7 pm and April 29th at 2 pm, Kendall Hall, TCNJ
Risa Kaplowitz choreographed this original ballet, based on the classic book by Francis Hodgsen Burnett. Ms. Kaplowitz wrote and produced a book based on the ballet, and has developed The Secret Garden Initiative, an educational program that introduces 4th and 5th graders to the story, teaches basic dance and choreography concepts, and includes a performance of the ballet. The Initiative satisfies many of the national standards for dance education.
